Over de woonruimte

Hi, 

I am subletting my room from 01/06/2026 to 01/08/2026 since I will be away for work. The rent is 1200€ per month (including utilities), and I require a deposit of 600€. The place is within 10 minutes walking distance to Amstelstation, with easy access to the city center and many shops and restaurants nearby. Move-in and move-out dates are somewhat flexible. 

A bit more about the place you will be staying at: 
The place is conveniently located close to Amstelstation, directly next to the Amstel. Grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport can all be reached by walking 10 to 15 minutes. The place is fully equipped (wifi, laundry machine, kitchen with cooking utensils, TV, fridge, etc.). You will have a private room (featuring a bed, desk with chair, and a large wardrobe) as well as a private bathroom (with a sink and a shower). Further, there is a huge and cozy living room, a kitchen, and a small terrace that is shared with my roommate. My roommate is a relaxed and easy-going guy in his 30s, working in research and going to the office regularly. 

About you: 
I am looking for a clean, responsible person. The ideal person would be of a similar age to my roommate and working during his/ her time in Amsterdam. No smoking, partying, and pets are permitted in the apartment. You will be responsible for cleaning your room, the kitchen and, occasionally, the common areas. 

When contacting me, please introduce yourself quickly. Particularly relevant for me is what you will do (work? study? holiday?) while being in Amsterdam and a bit about your personality and hobbies, since I promised my roommate to try to find a person he will get along with.
