- Only one person allowed, no couples, no kids, no pets 

Some details about it:
- approx 20sqm
- own private bathroom with 2 sinks and baththub
- bed & chilling sofa
- desk with a big ultrawide display that you can use for working
- plants (that I would kindly ask you to water two times when I'm gone) 

About the apartment:
- 100+sqm
- 2 couches
- 55' TV and Xbox series X which you are welcome to use
- a nice terrace
- shared toilet 
- kitchen of course fully equipped
- separate laundry room inside the apartment

Your flatmate:
30yo Russian guy who works in physics, cool dude, you can meet him when you come to see the apartment

About yourself:
Guy or girl, doesn't matter. The room is for one person only and ideally you would be a working person that is chill & clean.

2 minutes walking from Amstelstation, 1096HV

The price is 1250 EUR for the whole duration + 1000 deposit (still a bit less than what I pay myself)
