Over de woonruimte

Hello everyone, I have a room available in my house. It is a small (7m2)  but cozy room in a new appartment located in Amsterdam West(neighbourhood Osdorp). You will be renting a room and can make use off the bathroom, kitchen and washingmachine. Livingroom (excluded)

The house is in total 57m2 and you will be sharing it with just 1 person. Thats me :).
The building is new and well maintained. The house is also clean and well maintained. In the area there are all kinds of facillities within 500 meters because it is located near the shopping mall. Think about a gym, 4 supermarkets, serveral restaurants, clothing stores etc. 

The renting price per month is 750 euro.
If you want to register that is possible. 

A deposit is required of 400 euro. ( you will get this back when you leave.)
The maximum periode for this room is 2 to 6 months.
