Over de woonruimte

Hi all
I'm renting out a room in my big sunny flat for 3 months from mid november (exact dates flexible). Looking for a kind and independent person to co-llve together. I'm in my mid 30s and a creative business person (whatever that means hah) and work either from home or from coworking places. I'm out and about in the eve's with friends or working out, unless I'm at home painting.

I probably won't be in NL from the end of November until early Jan, so you'll have the flat mostly to yourself :)

Some info about the place:
- Located at NDSM, 10min from centraal
- Rent is €950
- the room is 11sqm and furnished with sleeper couch (incl bedding) and desk
- We have a nice big sunny living room with open kitchen and a balcony with evening sun. Also dishwasher, washing machine and oven are available.
- the room is available temporarily only, so no registration is possible
- I'm looking for a likeminded person in their 30's.
