Over de woonruimte

we are looking for a quiet, easy-going, person to move into our lovely flat in the heart of Oud-Zuid

Currently there are four people living in the flat, all are European, in our twenties. We are creative, into the arts, going to exhibitions, reading, cooking and gardening. We have a long time to work and study, we would like to meet someone who also likes to clean, quiet and happy environment to live in.
The room is fully furnished.
I am renting my room from the 5th of May until the end of August.
I rented my room in early from 1st April to 30th April to a professional lady so I need someone to replace me after until the end of August.

The room is 525€ per month, bills inclusive(water, gas, fees, electric) You would need to pay 500€ to holding deposit prior to moving in.
