Shared spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, sunny balcony, 2 bathroom and a storage and a private parking space.
What I'm looking for:

Friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces
Stable income and reliable rent payment
Dog lover is a plus. I have two small dogs 
Ideally, someone with a chill vibe and an easy-going attitude!
