Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to share this incredible apartment with. Based on the cusp of both Jordaan and Oud-West, this east-west facing, incredible space offers both morning sunrise views across the city, as well as the evening sun. 

Approx. 60m² and available for long-term rent with registration for 900 euros including all utilities. The room will be available starting 04.05.2025.

Based on Marnixstraat, this 3rd floor flat offers incredible views across Centrum. The living room/kitchen are full furnished, with all modern utilities. The flat features a lovely balcony for enjoying the evening sun. 

The room available is 10m²  and features two large double windows looking out on to the balcony. Please note: the room is completely unfurnished. 

Located on the corner of Marnixstraat and Rozengracht, the location is ideal to get around the city, with tram stops for 5/13/7 less than 30 seconds away. Albert Hijn is just a 2 minute walk away.

I am looking for:
- A person in their 30’s (or late 20’s) with a full-time job. Someone active and sociable.
- Working from home is fine.
- No smoking inside the flat. No pets - though open to cats.

About me:

37-year old Brit (m), who has lived in Amsterdam for four years (Was in Sydney before that.) Self-employed, so not a 9-5er who spends the evenings watching TV. Enjoys running, gym, cycling, padel and travelling (often back in the UK for long weekends) Currently working hard to set up my own business, so not a massive night owl at present… definitely keen on somebody who prefers friends over for dinner rather than house parties. (Though, they have a time and a place!)
