Room available in Amsterdam starting August 1st in a clean and calm apartment near Amstel Station. Looking for a working professional only.

The contract is a minimum of 1 year. The landlord requires the household income to be 4x the total apartment rent. The total rent for the apartment is currently a little under €2000/month, though this could change slightly depending on the new contract from the landlord. Therefore, the new tenant must be able to show around €4000 gross monthly income with a work contract of minimum 6 months.

The room rent is currently around €1070/month excluding utilities. Including utilities it is currently around €1200/month, though this may vary slightly and will need to be finalized with the landlord once the new contract is prepared.

The apartment is shared with one easygoing, respectful, and clean roommate. Looking for someone kind, responsible, and good to live with :)
