A furnished room is available from 1 September in a comfortable apartment on Lumeijstraat, Amsterdam. The apartment is located next to Rembrandtpark, with supermarkets, shops, cafés and public transport all within walking distance.

The apartment is shared with Graciela, who is originally from Mexico and works as a vitality coach. She is friendly, respectful and enjoys a calm living environment.

The room is fully furnished and ready to move into. It offers plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows and includes a spacious wardrobe.

- €1,500 per month, excluding utilities

- One-year rental agreement (with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement)

Application
The landlord will ask applicants to provide proof of income (minimum income requirement of approximately three times the monthly rent) and documentation demonstrating financial stability.

The apartment is non-smoking and is not suitable for pets.
