I’m looking for a female roommate for a 3-month stay between 10 May and 13 August (flexible move-in date within this period).

Professionals and students are both welcome. You will be sharing the apartment with me.
Single occupancy only - no couples

Costs
-Rent: €1,200/month
-Utilities: €160/month
-Deposit: €1,200 (refundable after key return and apartment inspection)
-Household supplies:  shared cost for cleaning materials and common items, approximately €30/week

Rent will be prorated based on the number of days stayed.
Minimum stay: 3 months.
Move-in date is flexible, but the move-out date is fixed.

- Fully furnished apartment and bedroom
- Very clean and well maintained
- Quiet residential neighborhood
- Located right next to Metro lines 51, 53, and 54
- Only 10 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station
- Near the Amstel River with a beautiful river view from the apartment

You will also have access to:
-Dedicated kitchen utensils and storage space
-Shared living spaces

Registration
Municipal registration is possible for an additional fee to cover municipal taxes.
