Hi. I am Effy and I'm looking for a female roommate at least 6-month period. Extension is possible. 
Available from 11 May 2026.

ABOUT
A single room (for single occupancy) is available for a short term rental. Tenant will share the apartment with me so prefer a FEMALE roommate. 

PRICE
Rent is approximately EUR1,200 per month. Utilities, internet and building service cost is EUR160 per month. Security Deposit of EUR1,200, which is refundable once key is returned. 
Registration is possible with additional cost to cover municipality tax. 
A shorter tenure is possible with additional cost. 

LOCATION
Apartment and room are furnished. Very clean. Superb location, next to Metro station (51,53 and 54). 10min ride to central station. Quite residential area. Near Amstel river with Amstel view.

As a guest, you will have access to kitchen utensils dedicated for you.
