Hello. I'm looking for a FEMALE roommate from 1st May - 27th May. Check in check put date is flexible within the dates. Minimum stay 3 weeks. 

Professionals and students are welcome. You will share the apartment with me.  Only for single occupancy. No couples. 

Rental: 950eur per month
Utilities: 150eur per month
Deposit 500eur 
Deposit is refundable once key is returned and upon inspection of the apartment. 
Other cost: shares household items such as cleaning materials approximately EUR5 per week pp
Rent will be prorated based on length of stay

LOCATION
Apartment and room are furnished. Very clean. Superb location, next to Metro station (51,53 and 54). 10min ride to central station. 
Quite residential area. Near Amstel river with Amstel view.
As a guest, you will have access to kitchen utensils dedicated for you.
