Over de woonruimte

Are you a working, non-smoking female professional looking for a room? From November 1st, a room is available in a fully furnished apartment in Gaasperplas. The room includes a comfortable sofa bed.
I'm looking for a working female roommate who values cleanliness and privacy and is respectful, communicative, and friendly. If that sounds like you, feel free to schedule a viewing.
It's very important to me that you feel comfortable speaking up if something bothers you, that you have a clear idea of how you like to handle shared living, and — of course — that you clean up after yourself and contribute to household chores.
The neighborhood offers a beautiful lake and a spacious park nearby. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from a metro station, and grocery stores are less than a 10-minute bike ride away.
The initial rental period is 6–9 months, with the possibility of extension.

Practical info:
- Available from November 1st
- Registration at the address is possible
- The room is furnished
- A storage unit is available on the ground floor for extra items
- Car parking is available (additional fee applies)
