Over de woonruimte

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our mixed household in Amsterdam Nieuw-West (Geuzenveld). The apartment is currently home to a couple (both working) and two students. We speak English at home, so no worries if your Dutch isn’t perfect!

The room is located in a two-level apartment on the 4th and 5th floor, right on Lambertus Zijlplein. Supermarkets like AH, Vomar, Kruidvat, Zeeman, and lots of local shops are just a 2-minute walk away. Lidl is about 10 minutes on foot. Public transport is super convenient: tram 13 (30 min to Amsterdam Central) stops right at the square, and buses can take you to Sloterdijk (10 min), Central Station (30 min), or Schiphol (30 min). Free street parking available!

Apartment setup:
	•	Shared kitchen and living room on the 4th floor
	•	Separate toilet and shared bathroom on this level
	•	Your bedroom is on the upper floor
	•	Another toilet and shared shower upstairs, shared with just 2 others
	•	Washing machine available
	•	All appliances in shared spaces are free to use

Rent includes: utilities (gas/water/electricity), city taxes, and internet.

Who we’re looking for:
	•	Aged between 22 and 31
	•	Working or doing a master’s program
	•	Comfortable living in an English-speaking home
	•	Respectful of shared spaces and others’ schedules (some of us work irregular hours – peaceful vibes at home are appreciated!)
