The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in a newly constructed building completed in November 2024, offering a high standard of living and excellent insulation.
It features a balcony with a breathtaking view – perfect for enjoying the sunset or your morning coffee. The apartment also has floor heating in winter and cooling in summer.
You will be sharing the apartment with a German female professional – easygoing, respectful, tidy, and lovely to live with.
