WYSIWYG.... This is really a top place in Amsterdam! Available 6 months from April 1st: Quiet, relaxed and comfortable room for one person in Amsterdam South-east area. We offer you a stay in a room of 14 m2 with an own balcony in a two room apartment of 60 m2. The room is fully equipped with complete furniture. You share the kitchen and bathroom with only one other tenant. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pottery, glasses and plates. Also available in the kitchen are a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bathroom is neat and clean. 

The room is ideal for a short stay in Amsterdam, for instance, study or internship. You only have to bring your clothes and your computer; everything else you need is in the apartment. 
In the apartment is also a washing machine, dryer, and iron. The common space in the apartment is cleaned every three weeks by a cleaning person.

Not allowed: Smoking, lodgers, noisy parties and animals. Free bike parking is in the building. Parking is about 40 Euro per half year.

The room is in 5 minutes walk from the subway-station which brings you in about 15 minutes to the City Centre of Amsterdam. 

The price is 950 euro’s per month incl. water/heating/electricity/WiFi and taxes. 

In the direct neighborhood: Amsterdam Medical Centre (VUMC), Vrije Universiteit, University of Amsterdam (UvA) High School of Amsterdam (HvA), InHolland and the Amsterdam and Amstelveen Business Area. Also you will find the famous Amsterdam Arena, AFAS life Music Hall and Ziggo Dome near by.
