Over de woonruimte

Hi you,

The apartment is 850€. The deposit for the room will be 700€. You can pay in cash or via bank transfer. 

The room is rented from the morning of April 9th until the morning of May 12th. 

You will share the apartment with another girl, and I will try to have her present when you come to see the room.

Everything is included: water, electricity, and WiFi.

For security reasons, 80€ will be deducted from the deposit to change the security lock once the person has left the house.
