In this spacious apartment of 100 m2 we currently have the soutterrain of 20 m2 available for rent. The period will be for at least six months, possibly more. The apartment is located on the ground floor, comes with a garden and is shared with two others and a cat.

Location & Neighborhood: 
The apartment is located in the heart of Amsterdam-West, which means around ten to fifteen minutes of travel time to the city center itself. The neighborhood is very resourceful, with two supermarkets at a five-minute walk from the houses and loads of places to grab a bite or have a drink just around the corner in the Jan Evertsenstraat.
