Over de woonruimte

Hi there,
I'm looking for a new flatmate! The apartment is just under the Rivierenbuurt, right by the water, with a balcony and a big shared living room and kitchen. It’s a relaxed, lived-in kind of place – nothing too fancy, but definitely cozy.  
About me: I’m 34, originally from Germany, and I work from home a lot. I’m a smoker, but I keep it to the balcony. I like having a calm and friendly home where you can be yourself and unwind after the day.
I’m not looking for a purely functional flatshare. Of course, friendship can’t be forced, but it’d be nice to live with someone who’s open to chatting in the kitchen, having dinner or a drink together.
