Over de woonruimte

Hello future roommates! 

A room is indefinitely available from the the 1st of February in a super duper three-bedroom house in the Javastraat!

The available room is 6 m² for €783 (partially furnished, but open to discussion if needed), inclusive of gas / water / electricity, internet, and taxes. The room comes with an attached large balcony.  Shared common areas include a large living space with kitchen on the first floor (more than 55 m²), another balcony and a service toilet. On the second floor, where the rooms are, there is a full, large bathroom with shower and bathtub and the laundry room. 

You will be sharing the house with Gonzalo (31), Spanish, and Serena (29), Italian. We are looking for a working professional or advanced student who can be social and enjoy some flat outings or dinners but also loves a quiet living :) We are looking for a person that does not work from home! 

The room is available indefinitely; however, registration is not possible (unfortunately). 

A viewing will be arranged on the 17th or 18th of  January. Exact time will be given to those invited for the one-on-one viewing where we will introduce you to the house and to us :)
