Over de woonruimte

Room of about 9m2 with registration at the municipality (in dutch: "inschrijving in het GBA"). 



The house is shared with 1 female flatmate. 

The kitchen is well equiped with oven/microwave/fridge/freezer/lawndrymachine/induction cooker etc. 


The room will be rented out with furniture and bed. So if you want to bring your own furniture, then will be difficult. 

The appartment is located on the Javaplein in the lively East Amsterdam (And close to the Science Park). On the Javaplein there are bars and restaurants. Also the trainstation Muiderpoort is not far away. 



To be clear registration is possible, even mandatory. 

It is not meant for a couple. 
Also i look for a tennant that wants to start living there from the 15th of April. Or at least pay rent fro the 15th, incase you plan to come later to use the room.
