Hi everyone

We are looking for one or two new tenants to take over the contract for our apartment starting October 1.

The apartment has three bedrooms. Currently, three people are living here, but the tenants in the large room and the medium-sized room will be moving out. The tenant in the small room will remain, so we are looking for two new roommates.

*Available Rooms*

Large Room

€846 per month (excluding utilities)

Medium Room

€716 per month (excluding utilities)

Utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, etc.) are not included in the rent.

*Apartment*

The apartment is semi-furnished and includes:

Dishwasher
Washing machine
Air fryer
Oven
Microwave
2 elevators
Bicycle storage

*Location*

Tram Line 1 is only a 3-minute walk (Baden Powellweg)
Albert Heijn supermarket is about a 10-minute walk

⚠️*Income Requirement*⚠️

To meet the landlord's requirements, one of the following conditions must be met:

The main tenant must have a gross monthly income of at least €6,000, or
The main tenant's gross monthly income + 50% of the second tenant's gross monthly income must total at least €6,000. Couples are also welcome!

The current tenant is a friendly working professional who values a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. We are looking for roommates with a similar mindset.
