A large, fully furnished room will be available in a beautiful shared house with two male professionals (Italian and Polish). They’re calm, respectful, and easy to live with — no parties, just a relaxed, quiet home in a family-friendly neighborhood.

The room is the biggest in the house, full of light and space, and comes fully furnished. I’ve added a few photos from over the years so you can get a feel for it — it’s genuinely a cozy and comfortable space.

The house has:
	•	A huge living room that opens onto a terrace right by the water — perfect for coffee, reading, or just taking a break.
	•	A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.).
	•	A modern bathroom and a separate toilet.
(There isn’t a lot of storage space, so best suited for someone without too many belongings.)
