Over de woonruimte

Hi All,

A living space has become available in Holendrechtstraat from the 1st of October 2025 (possibility to arrange earlier) for a couple.

Rent without utilities is almost 1000€.
Utilities to be discussed with the other co-tenant but should be around 60-70 € monthly.

As specified by the landlord:
- You are not renting an independent living space with your own toilet, shower-bathroom, and kitchen appliances.
- You are not renting a non-independent studio with your own toilet, shower-bathroom, and kitchen appliances.
- You will be the "hospita tenant" of the main tenant.
You will receive a rental contract and pay rent and service charges to the main tenant.
- You are required to register in the population register.
- The room is for a live-in tenant and is NOT available for 2 friends.
- It is available ONLY for 1 person or 2 recognized partners.

I will be leaving in the next months then you can discuss arrangements with main tenant/landlord.

We will be having viewings next week.
