- Room has private ensuite bathroom
- Room has19 m floor space (including en-suite)
- living room and bedroom has an ethernet port so you can stream movies without needing to use wifi
- Living room and bedroom has it's own wifi booster, so wifi is very fast in every room of apartment
- Flat has recently been renovated
- Each room has a Sonos speaker built into the ceiling. Each rooms is a separate zone so you can play music from your phone or laptop to the speaker in the ceiling of your bedroom & en-suite, or join all the speakers together as one zone
- En suite, guest toilet and hallways have motion sensor activated lights, so no need to remember to turn the lights off
- It is a 2 bedroom apartment, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet
- Rent includes all bills and a cleaner that comes twice a week and cleans the kitchen and all shared areas and your room if you like
- Apartment has wooden floors, spotlights, and speakers built into the ceiling
- Washer/dryer, dishwasher
- Registration is possible
- If you are a couple you would need to be married or be in a civil partnership so you count as one registration with gemeente
