LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE / ROOM AVAILABLE in shared flat.

What's on offer: 
A room with registration available in 84m² apartment from July 1, in a first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (1 toilet) apartment.

The apartment is in the Westerpark area not far from the park, Oud West, and Jordaan. You’d be close to the F. Hendrikplantsoen and Frederik Hendrikplnts tram and bus stops. It is recently renovated and (mostly) equipped — as we would need to purchase a washer and dryer (my current flatmate will be taking them). 

Total rent is €3,005.06 in the current contract (exclusive of utilities) and you’d be responsible for €1,502.53 + half of the initial deposit (€2,750) my current roommate and I paid. Utilities are usually around €250 per month. The rental agency requires 3 - 4x monthly income (for both of us, combined), and will require pay stubs.

You would be sharing the flat with me. I'm a 40 year old Korean American (native New Yorker, if that gives me any credit), and I work from home 5 days a week, and therefore am home quite often. I appreciate a calm, clean, and courteous living arrangement/environment.
