Over de woonruimte

Hi There, 

due to travels my room will be available from june 6th until august 8th. 

Its a beautiful monumental ground floor apartment with high ceilings where you'll have the patio facing room of 16 square meters with a built-in loft bed! It's fully furnished and it's right next to central station (2 min walk). 

You'd share the appartment with my flatmate Ece (female). 

You'll have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and patio. There's a washing machine, big fridge & freezer, oven and gas stove. See the pictures for an impression (some personal items will be taken by the current renter but all the furniture stays!).

No smoking, no drugs, no pets. The rent is 1000,- per month (35 euros per night) incl gas/electricity/water/taxes/internet. I ask a deposit of 500 euro's just to make sure you leave it as you found it, and if so I will fully reimburse you.
