Over de woonruimte

Hi there, 

From June 1st I'm looking for a new housemate. 

Its a beautiful monumental ground floor apartment with high ceilings where you'll have the patio facing room of 16 square meters with a built-in loft bed! It's fully furnished and it's right next to central station (2 min walk). You'll share the apartment with just me. You'll have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and patio. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge & freezer, oven and gas stove. There's storage in the basement too if needed. See the pictures for an impression (some personal items will be taken by the current renter but all the furniture stays!).

No smoking, no drugs, no pets. The rent is 1200,- per month excluding gas & electricity including water/taxes/internet. A monthly advance of 150 euro for utilities will be added to that which should cover normal use of gas & electricity (and I ask for one months deposit of 1350,-). The period is from June 1st until 31st of December 2025. 

I'm a 37 year old woman and have lived in Amsterdam for half of that :) I'm fluent in Englisch and Dutch. I'm working as an occupational health doctor. I also spend part of my time at my trailer in the woods or assisting in retreats so there'll be lots of times where you'd have the apartment all to yourself. I have a busy schedule but would enjoy chatting with you every now and then, or share a meal! I can also give you loads of Amsterdam tips if wished.
