Over de woonruimte

I’m looking for a new roommate to join me in my apartment in De Pijp, with the room becoming available from 1 September.

The apartment is located on Frans Halsstraat, one of the nicest streets in De Pijp, and was fully renovated when I moved in last year. It’s bright, spacious and really lovely, with a large living room, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and lots of natural light. 🌿

The room is €1,600 plus ~ €100 utilities per month. You would also become part of the indefinite rental contract (i.e., it's with registration). There is a small fee of 100eur to amend the contract and there is a minimum salary requirement (although guarantors are also welcome).

A little about me: I’m 27 and work full-time in asset management. I’m clean, easy-going and i enjoy travelling, having a drink or a nice coffee. I’m looking for someone who is similarly considerate and would enjoy sharing a beautiful apartment in De Pijp. :)

My current roommate would also like to sell her furniture if you were interested, but we can discuss this further.
