Over de woonruimte

Hi there! My housemate is moving out of our cosy apartment that's across the bridge from Jordaan and all that it has to offer. You would be taking over her bedroom (also over her furniture if you’d like, we can discuss the details), and over her private balcony that’s covered, so you can enjoy it while it rains too. You’ll be sharing the rest of the apartment, which has been completely renovated in 2023 (so it’s energy label A, there’s floor-heating, a dishwasher, etc.), with me.

Some practical stuff: the rent includes everything except for the yearly water and waste bills. Also, the last picture shows what the room looked like before some of the furniture was removed: so this is not how the room is furnished right now (you can see that in the other pics), but I just wanted to show you how/that it could fit a lot more than it does right now :) The video is of the apartment back when it was empty so you could get an idea of how it’s laid out; all other pics are up to date. Lastly, registration is of course possible. 

So, a little bit about me: My name is Ana, I’m 27, just wrapped up my studies and I'm currently working full time. I work from home 3 days a week, so I’m looking for someone who’s either studying or who doesn’t work from home at all - the space is tiny, it just wouldn’t work :( I spend my free time at the gym, doing yoga, doing various workshops, and watching & reading all sorts of things. I’d describe myself as very social outside of the house, so I’d always be down for matcha walks, market runs, or whatever you’d like to do, but I also like to come home to a chill place, and I’m ideally looking for someone who also sees their home as a place to wind down, recharge their social battery, and doom scroll in peace lol.
