Hello ! :)

My name is Nina, I am a 26 year old consultant working in Amsterdam. I am looking for a flatmate (sorry, only women) for a lovely apartment in Amsterdam Oud West (Eerste Helmersstraat). There are 2 rooms (one for me & one for you) and a nice living room/kitchen area. The appt is furnished, pls see pictures. The washing machine, dishwasher, etc are in the appt. The energy label is A, registration possible, the rent is not very high for Amsterdam considering the lovely location (near Vondelpark, with many restaurants, cafes, shops nearby). 

The room is available from the 1st of May, but earlier move in is possible, we can discuss it!

It is a requirement from the landlord that the person who would be living in this apartment is working full-time and, unfortunately, no pets are allowed. From my side, I would love to live with someone who is kind, respectful and cares about the place where they live :)

The utilities are around 200 euros, so your rent would be around 800 euros + we split utilities. We will discuss everything in more detail during the viewings!

The initial viewing would be planned for Tuesday (18.03.2024) evening, around 8 pm. We can be flexible with this, please message me if you prefer other days!
