Over de woonruimte

Only Females (unfortunately no students, guys, couples or people with pets, sorry)- 

One room (11 m2)  WITH REGISTRATION FROM SEPTEMBER 2024 ( WITHOUT REGISTRATION FROM MID-JULY TILL AUGUST) is becoming available in an apartment as of 22nd July (open to negotiation). The room will be unfurnished and is located in Amsterdam zuid, 500 m from the train station. 

The  room is 819 EUR excluding w/g/e and wifi. It is bright and cozy.

The rest of the house is fully furnished by me and the previous tenant with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen aisle, big shower with ventilation, a dishwasher, etc. 

You'll be sharing the house with me and the agency needs a minimum salary requirement (3000 gross p.p) hence you have to be working.
