Layout:
Ground floor: communal entrance with staircase. On the first floor there is access to the communal courtyard and the storage rooms located in the basement of the complex.

Third floor: Entrance of the house, spacious hall with space for a wardrobe. In the hall there are two built-in cupboards, 1 with space for the washer/dryer and one with the central heating boiler.
