The house is fully furnished, and furnishing is available which can be used. You share the bathroom, toilet, living room, and kitchen with your housemates. In total, there are five other residents in the house.
Additionally, two parking spaces are available in the underground garage, which can be used by the residents.

Important:
- The room is only available for students coming from outside Amsterdam!
- Base rent: € 509,44 per month
- Servicecosts: € 140 per month
- Advance payment utilities: € 120 per month
- Start date: April 1, 2026
- End date: July 28, 2026

The utilities and servicecosts include:
- Gas and electricity
- Weekly cleaning
- Furnishings, upholstery, and inventory
- Wifi
- Sewer service (RRS)
- Service management
- 24/7 heating service
- Regular maintenance

What is not included:
- Taxes that come into your own name
- Bed package: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, bed linen

Deposit:
A security deposit is required, which includes a one-time cleaning fee.
Please note: the one-time cleaning fee is non-refundable at the end of the rental period.
