Shops and a lovely local market is just 5 minutes walk, and IJburg beach is close as well. 

There is a free indoor parking place for a bike and for additional twenty-five EUR / month I can offer a dedicated indoor scooter parking place as well on the ground floor of the building. 

I mostly work remotely and quite often from abroad hence looking for a roommate who can look after the flat while I am away. I am easygoing, easy to get along person. I am big fan of outdoor sports.
