The apartment is modern  spacious and bright, 
in a great location, close to the city center, 
public transport , shops and restaurants.

This area has plenty of trees, space, water and light.
It is perfectly located, less than 15 minutes by bike from the central station, abundant public transport, many shops and restaurants nearby.
There is great views over water on both sides of the apartment.

The guest room is comfortable, there is a very large waterbed, a wall sized window/doors, and direct access to a large balcony, overlooking a mini harbour.

The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, nice furniture, washing machine, internet, etcetera.
I am Dutch, male 50+, I live here alone, sometimes my girlfriend stays here. We like to keep the place very clean.

The room is temporary available for a single person. No guests accepted.

The ideal candidate profile :
You come to The Netherlands on a temporary basis, 
you will be studying, doing  academic research, business, etcetera, and are looking for a comfortable, temporary place to stay,
for one month. Depending on my travel plans, 
the place may be available perhaps another 8 weeks again.
You are organized, responsible, a good communicator.
