Over de woonruimte

As I am moving out of my cozy room, my roommates are looking for a new roomate!

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST !!

Start date : 1st of December 2025
Rent : 785 euros excluding utilities
Size : 6 sqm
Registration: Possible!
Location : 6 min bike ride from Vrije University, 3 minute walk from Jumbo/ Albert Heijn / Kruidvat, and right on top of a Japanese store ! And 2 tram stops away from Zuid Station 😎
Duration : 5 month contract, possible to renew as long as you're a student
Furniture : the room comes with a closet, a small bed, and a desk (it is possible to keep my big bed too).

Other than the bedroom, you will have access to a big living room/ kitchen, a small balcony, a bathroom and a toilet, all of which are shared.

Requirements : We're looking for a female student (sorry lads..), who is clean and just nice person overall haha 🌻🥰 Cleanliness is super important to us. we have a cleaning schedule where everyone has a weekly task and apart from that we clean up after ourselves daily to keep the place clear of dishes, with clean surfaces etc. 
About the roommates: (23F) French/Egyptian, currently doing her Masters in Chemistry (hobbies: making clothes, knitting and the gym🧶), and the other roommate is 20, Dutch, and doing an undergrad in Psychology (she is very kind, and super nice to live with!!). As my roommate has a boyfriend who comes over sometimes, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with having men sleep at home occasionally. Also, we are 🏳‍🌈 friendly ofc ^^
