Shopping center Amsterdamse Poort and the Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena train station are a 5-minute cycling away. Metrostation Strandvliet is on a 5-minute walking distance from the apartment. There is lot of parking available in the front of the building. 

The apartment is offered furnished (sofa, table, chairs, curtains). There is a wardrobe, table and curtains in the private room. Please note that there is no bed available in the room (unlike what is shown in the photo). 
Smoking (also in your own room), pets and musical instruments are not allowed. 

Rental price of the room is € 669,- a month, all exclusive.
Total price all inclusive (utilities, internet, service charges, etc.) will be € 870,- a month. 
There is a 2 months deposit.
