The room/apartment is offered furnished (sofa, cupboard, wardrobe, table, chairs, curtains). Please note that there is no bed available in the bedroom (unlike what is shown in the photos). 
Smoking (also in your own room), pets and musical instruments are not allowed. 

Rental price of the room is € 645,- all exclusive a month. 
Total price all inclusive (utilities, internet, service charges, etc.) will be € 845,- a month. 
There is a 2 months deposit.
