- Furnished with basic furniture (bed and small working desk included)
- Closet
- Rent: €835 per month (including €75 for gas, electricity, water, and WiFi)
- Deposit: €835

About the House:
- Shared with 5 others (3 students and 2 working professional)
- Your floor is newly renovated with an extra bathroom.
- We maintain a quiet, tidy, clean, respectful, and friendly atmosphere
- No parties or noise (we cherish a peaceful environment) but enjoy casual chats over dinner or coffee

About You:
- Take initiative to keep shared areas clean and organized
- Respect quiet hours in the mornings and evenings
- Be considerate of others in a shared, international household
- Clean, responsible, organized, and honest
- Ideally a student or intern
