Over de woonruimte

Temporary room available in a shared apartment in a prime location! Female tenants are preferred, but men are also very welcome to apply. Read the description below and apply if you're interested.

Location and apartment:
The apartment is located in Admiraal de Ruijterweg. Tram stop number 19 is less than 1 minute walking, Albert Heijn supermarket, Dirk and Lidl are 3 minutes walk away and the Sloterdijk train station is near by! 

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very bright and newly renovated! It has quite a big open-space kitchen/living room, and a very decent bathroom. Bedrooms are not that huge but you'll have a desk, bed and closet already. The balcony is cured, rich in plants and sunny all day long when you're lucky enough to catch some sun in the Netherlands! The back of the apartment is wonderfully quiet, overlooking the backyards of the neighbors behind it.

Tenant:
You will have one roommate, me =) I am a man, friendly, polite and I do love sports! I am into climbing, kayaking and riding around with my motorbike at the moment but I am a very passionate about winter sports too!! I also do spend quite some time home but I am quiet and leave the place tidy and clean. I am sociable but also need my space.

Requirements:
- Start: May 1st, 2026. Slightly earlier may also be possible but later than this date it is not.
- End: May 1st, 2027. Unfortunately the end date cannot absolutely be extended for any reason.
- 2 months deposit.
-Working contract with related salary-slips needed.
- Registration at the address is possible.
- Visitors are permitted.
- No overnight visitors are permitted (unless agreed upon with the owner).
