Over de woonruimte

Hi! My roomies and I are looking for 2 new tenants, preferably students, from June 1st.

This room is unfurnished, with registration, and utilities are about EUR 60.

We live in a family house with 6 bedrooms and a garden in Zuidoost, less than 10 minutes away from Kraaiennest metro station, AH and Aldi. Rent is around 700-850 euros per month - depends on the size of the room and utilities. 

We are all very clean, quiet and respectful and we are looking for someone who would fit that spirit of the household well. We share chores and space but also pieces of cake and birthday celebrations. We are fond of each other - we are not only roommates but also friends. We enjoy a chat in the kitchen or a boardgames night but everyone has a life of their own.
