Over de woonruimte

We have recently had a room free up in our 3-bedroom apartment. It is roughly 8.5m^2 in size and is furnished with a double bed and a closet. You would be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom with us the current tenants. 

We are two siblings studying in Amsterdam and as such would prefer another student as a tenant.
The move in date is a little flexible, but we NEED someone who can move before October.

NOTE: The room pictured is the min one available but if it is too expensive there is also the option to take over the room I currently live in (it is the smallest room in the apartment) in which case the rent would be around 825 euros instead. 
Other points of interest: Registration will be available; you will be on the contract for the apartment.
The apartment has a grocery store and public transport withing 10 mins walk. A mall is within 15-20 mins walk. VU is about 25 mins away by public transport.
