A private room is available in a fully furnished apartment with registration possible.

The apartment is completely move-in ready and very well equipped. The kitchen is fully renovated and includes a dishwasher, microwave, two refrigerators, and two freezers, one fridge and one freezer will be exclusively yours, providing plenty of storage space. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, as well as an additional storage room.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, featuring a smart TV, a separate dining area, and access to a large balcony.

The apartment has two bathrooms. One of them would be exclusively yours and includes a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink, offering a high level of privacy and comfort.

The private bedroom is also fully furnished and includes a bed, large wardrobe, personal desk with desk chair, mirror, and additional storage. The room is spacious and offers plenty of space for personal belongings.

The apartment is shared with only one other female roommate. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and respectful.

The location is also very convenient: a supermarket is less than one minute away, and public transport can be reached within a three-minute walk.
