Hi! I’m looking for a student roommate (required by the lease) to share a 2-bedroom apartment in Amstelveen. Perfect for students studying at VU.


About the room and apartment:
- Rent: €1,047.50 per person (€2,095 total) 
- Deposit: 1 month’s full rent
- Utilities: around €100 p.p. per month max (incl. internet, electricity and water)

- Room: medium-sized in a furnished apartment. Current roommate moving out and available to sell some furniture: 
Bed, nightstand, and wardrobe

- Kitchen: fully equipped (all the basics you need for cooking)
- Shared spaces: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and living room

- Floor: 5th floor with elevator
- Registration: available

Location:
- Rembrandtweg 
- About 15 minutes by cycle to VU and 30 min walking
- About 20 minutes to Zuid by tram

Contract & move-in:
- Contract runs until September 2027 (no possibility of extension)
- I’m looking for someone who can stay until the end of the contract
- Preferred move-in date: June 1, 2026
