I will be leaving the Netherlands in June and I am looking for a next tenant to move in after me.

About the rooms:
- The rooms are clean and have been renovated in the summer of 2024.
- The apartment is shared by a total of four people (each with their own room, all female).
- The shared living/dining room is approx. 42 m2 (with dining table and chairs, TV and sofa) 
- The private room you will move into is approx. 14 m2, and has a bed, mattress, sheets, duvet, pillows, closet, desk and chair.

Shared facilities:
- Kitchen (with dishwasher)
- 2 bathrooms, each with a washbasin
- 2 toilets
- Washing machine (with dryer)
- Basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, knives and crockery.
- Microwave, kettle and Brita also available

Rent etc:
- Rent: €1200/month (excluding utilities, internet, etc.)
- Heating: €100/month (to be refunded or added later)
- Deposit: € 2200 
- Registration is possible.
