Rooms: The Room is  13 m2 and fully furnished with bed, study desk, cloth closet, bookcase, et al. Shared kitchen, dinner room, bathrooms and toilet. There is front garden and back garden.  Roommates (2-3 persons) are international students.
Price: 715euro, including energy cost (pre-estimated 90 euro monthly, internet, and city tax for garbage and water. Registration possible.
Request: female, age between 21 – 30 years, No party, no dirty, no noise person. prefer to international female master students or last year bachelor student, who is focus on her studying  or starting work young female professional. Rent contract is at least one year and possible for extension another year. No smoking, no pets.
