Two bedroom apartment for rent for 2 students/student couple. Safe and quiet area, yet shops, restaurants and Wassenaar city centre nearby. Easy commute to Leiden (20 min to Leiden CS by bus, 23 min by bike), Den Haag (30 min to CS by bus, 40 min by bike), beach (20 min by bike) 

Apartment comes with everything you may need: furniture, towels & bed linnens, fully equiped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, wifi. Large balcony with outdoor seating. Shared basement area for bike storage.  Rental contract will be for a fixed period starting July 1st . Rental price 1500+ advance of 150 for utilities. Utilities will be settled at the end of the rental period with the actual usage according to the meter. Rent can be shared between 2 students.
