The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, a balcony, and two bedrooms, on the South and on the West side of the building. Floor surface (m2): 82 m2. 
Facilities: fully equipped (including sheets, towels, etc.). 
Preferences for tenant: guest researchers / professionals / post-docs or PhD students at WUR or one of the other research and academic education institutes in Wageningen, preferably non-smoking (no smoking inside the apartment).
Price per month: € 1400 plus utilities. Utilities advance payment is € 300, apt. building service costs €160, to be paid with the rent, total €1860. To be settled depending on the renter’s actual use of gas and electricity, at the end of the rental period.
Available from September 15 2025 until June 15 2026. With a possibility of renewal of the contract on September 15 2026, until June 15 2027.  
Note / explanation: each year the owners need the apartment themselves for the summer months, mid-June to mid-September, so renters should vacate in those months. This means that in principle, the apartment is also available in the longer term, with the understanding that each year the renter will vacate from June 16 to September 15. If really needed by the renter this three-months’ period could be reduced to two, the months of July and August (July 1 – August 31). 
In other words: the apartment can also be rented long-term, with the understanding that each year the renters will vacate from June 15 to September 15, for the owners to move back in, for three months. For each September 15 to June 15 period a new contract will be drawn up.
