Over de woonruimte

We are currently looking for a roommate to sublet a room in our apartment for a short period — from March until August 2026. Please note that subletting is only permitted during this period.

We are a group of three young students, and one of us will be away temporarily, so we are looking for someone to take over the room for these months.

We are searching for someone who is responsible, organized, and clean, and who enjoys living in a friendly and respectful shared environment. We value a relaxed atmosphere at home where everyone feels comfortable, while also being mindful of each other's space and routines.

The apartment is conveniently located near Den Haag Laan van NOI station, with excellent public transport connections to universities and the city center. Shops and other amenities are also within easy reach.

Please note that the furniture in the room will be sold together with the room for an additional cost, meaning the room will be rented as furnished.
